Why butter and herbs

Full fat butter incorporates equal amounts of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, which help reducing cholesterol levels, inflammation and maintaining hormonal balance, the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. Butter contains vitamin A, which is very useful for the hair, the eyes and the skin, as well as vitamins D, E and K. The butter does not contain any trans fats associated with the so-called "Bad" cholesterol. Two tablespoons of butter have about 8g fat, of which about 30% are monounsaturated fats, the same fats as in olive oil.

Herbs or the so called medical herbs comprise a large group of plants that are used in medical practice for prevention and treatment of various diseases. Many of the herbs are used also and as a spice in the cooking. With their help the meals acquire unique taste and the food's aroma is unparalleled charming seasoned with them!

Fettuccine with butter with herbs

Necessary products

150-200g fettuccine (you can replace them with another type of pasta)

80g butter with herbs

1tbs lemon juice

Parmesan

 

Preparation

Prepare the fettuccine according to the directions on the package and then let them to strain off.

While the fettuccine are straining off, melt the butter with herbs. Return back the fettuccine into the court in which they are cooked and add to them the butter with herbs and the lemon juice. Cook the fettuccine for about two minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking in court.

Serve the fettuccine in a suitable dish or bowl and sprinkle with parmesan.

Ingredients: butter 82%, herbs to 2% (rosemary, basil, oregano, tomatoes (powder), flavors, black pepper).
